Pineapple & Chamomile &...

Sweet, Floral, Indulgent

A summery and sweet herbal infusion, with tropical pineapple, soothing chamomile and fragrant osmanthus flowers.

Origin

To ensure a thick and fragrant infusion with a persistent tropical finish, we combine natural pieces of pineapple – specially dried to retain their authentic fruit flavour – with whole heads of chamomile and bright osmanthus flowers. Inspired by our work alongside Michelin starred chefs, this unique blend perfectly complements the honeyed, floral flavours naturally present in the three ingredients. Did you know, ‘herbal infusion’ is a preferable term to ‘herbal tea’, as tea is an infusion of leaves only from the Camellia sinensis.

What to Look For

Yellow shades of whole fruit pieces and bright flowers.

Aroma

Intensely fragrant, honeyed and sweet.

In the Cup

A beautiful bright yellow infusion.

Taste

Sweet and thick with tropical flavours of pineapple and osmanthus.

The perfect cup

Measure 5g or 2tbsp per cup (250ml)

Heat water to 100°C

Infuse tea for 4 minutes

You can re-infuse this tea once

rooibos

Tangy and mellow with a subtle richness of Seville oranges. Our Rooibos presents the purest clarity of flavour from its deep red, long cut leaves, with a rich infusion that is full of authentic character.

Origin

Rooibos, meaning 'red bush', is only grown in Cederberg, a small, mountainous region of South Africa's Western Cape province. Similar to a traditional black tea, our specially selected, long cut rooibos leaves are fully oxidised for a sweet, honeyed herbal infusion. Naturally caffeine-free, Rooibos has a soft, gently tangy flavour with a distinctive hint of bitter Seville orange richness. Sencha

Verdant, Smooth, Satisfying

From Sasamodo Garden, Shizuoka, Japan

Mellow, sappy and full of spring leaf freshness, this is a classic Japanese green tea. Expertly steamed and rolled, the vibrant, deep green leaves offer a textured infusion with a classically vegetal, umami flavour.

Origin

Grown throughout the country, Sencha is Japan's most popular style of green tea. The leaves are freshly picked and steamed, halting their natural oxidation and encouraging a rich, green colour. They then go through several stages of precise rolling and drying before the tea is finished. Our Sencha is crafted by tea master Hiromi Wada, from the banks of the Sasama River in Shizuoka, Japan's largest region for tea cultivation. The terroir here is rich and fertile, ensuring an authentic, umami-rich flavour.

What to Look For

Deep green, whole needles of tea.

Aroma

Creamy sweet, fresh and grassy.

In the Cup

A light and vibrant yellow-green infusion.

Taste

Sweet and refreshing green tea with a satisfying, thick texture.

The perfect cup

Measure 4g or 2 tsp per cup (250ml)

Heat water to 70°C

Infuse tea for 3 minutes

You can re-infuse this tea twice
