Earl Grey

For supreme texture and flavour, a touch of natural bergamot extract tempers the tea's inherent richness. To be enjoyed with or without milk.</p> <p>Origin</p> <p>Our Earl Grey tea uses high quality ingredients that complement each other for a perfect balance of flavour. To create this definitive blend, we selected a full-bodied Ceylon tea from Ruhuna, in the south of Sri Lanka, as a rich, smooth base. To this we add a touch of natural bergamot extract, which tempers the tea's natural fragrance and imparts the iconic citrus note. Iron Buddha

Masterfully hand-rolled and fired, the leaves elicit a creamy and refreshingly floral infusion. </p> <p>Origin</p> <p>Known throughout Asia as Tie Guan Yin, this tea is commonly translated as Iron Buddha. The name relates to the mythical origins of the Tie Guan Yin cultivar, which is said to have been discovered by a peasant farmer in China's Anxi County. He was guided in a dream by the Buddhist icon Guan Yin, the revered Bodhisattva of compassion. Our gratifying, lightly oxidised Iron Buddha yields an infusion that is gently tart, yet light and floral, bright and refreshing. Its combination of large downy silvery buds and yellow-green leaves add depth to the tea, giving it a smooth texture and a refreshing floral character. </p> <p>Origin</p> <p>Produced by Yang Encan in a biodiverse garden in Yunnan's densely forested and remote mountains, this Organic White Peony is perfect for those who like a relaxing infusion like Jasmine Silver Needle or even lighter green teas like Jade Sword ™, but are looking to explore something with a little more complexity of flavour. rooibos

Our Rooibos presents the purest clarity of flavour from its deep red, long cut leaves, with a rich infusion that is full of authentic character.</p> <p>Origin</p> <p>Rooibos, meaning 'red bush', is only grown in Cederberg, a small, mountainous region of South Africa's Western Cape province. Similar to a traditional black tea, our specially selected, long cut rooibos leaves are fully oxidised for a sweet, honeyed herbal infusion. Naturally caffeine-free, Rooibos has a soft, gently tangy flavour with a distinctive hint of bitter Seville orange richness. Sencha

Expertly steamed and rolled, the vibrant, deep green leaves offer a textured infusion with a classically vegetal, umami flavour.</p> <p>Origin</p> <p>Grown throughout the country, Sencha is Japan's most popular style of green tea. The leaves are freshly picked and steamed, halting their natural oxidation and encouraging a rich, green colour. They then go through several stages of precise rolling and drying before the tea is finished. Our Sencha is crafted by tea master Hiromi Wada, from the banks of the Sasama River in Shizuoka, Japan's largest region for tea cultivation. Verveine citronnée

Initially cultivated for their highly aromatic essential oils, the leaves began to be used as an enjoyable, caffeine-free drink.
